Who we are

Plymouth Performance Gym Ltd, company number 07692820, registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone and anything you tell us, so a coach can reply.
• Email list: your email address, so we can send you what you asked for. Unsubscribe any time.
• Members: what we need to run your membership, including anything you tell a coach so we can train you safely.

Who we share it with

Our email platform and our payment provider, and nobody else. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for two years. Membership records for as long as the law requires after your membership ends. Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@plymouthperformancegym.co.uk and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
